Golden Hour Parks is operated by Kevara Media LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and the details of your order. Payment information is processed directly by our payment providers and is never stored on our servers.

When you browse the site we automatically collect standard device and usage information, including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

We use your information to process and fulfill your order, send order and shipping confirmations, respond to your questions, prevent fraud, and improve the store. With your permission we may send you marketing emails about new designs and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the partners who help us run the store, including Shopify (our ecommerce platform), Gelato (our printing and fulfillment partner), our payment processors, and our email and advertising platforms such as Meta. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and cookies

We use cookies and pixels, including the Meta pixel, to measure and improve our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@goldenhourparks.com. If you are in the EEA or UK you have additional rights under GDPR. If you are a California resident you have rights under the CCPA.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as necessary to fulfill orders and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
