Return Policy
Every Golden Hour Parks item is printed to order just for you, which means we do not keep stock sitting on a shelf. We still want you to love what shows up at your door.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@goldenhourparks.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. You will not need to ship the original back.
Wrong size or changed your mind
Because each shirt is made to order, we are not able to accept returns for a simple change of mind. If the fit is not right, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right, usually with a discounted replacement in the correct size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Lost in transit
If your package is marked delivered but never arrived, or tracking has not moved in 14 days, email us and we will file a claim and get a replacement on the way.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that we cannot cancel, because your shirt is already being made.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
